Crafted from the finest high-quality, cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, the core of our transformer features exquisite 45° three-stage fully oblique seams with meticulous no punching design. The core column is elegantly brushed with polyurethane varnish, ensuring durability and enhanced performance.

2. The coil is expertly constructed using premium oxygen-free copper conductors. Its meticulously designed structure significantly enhances its ability to withstand sudden short circuits, ensuring lasting reliability.

3. The structural integrity of the winding's end face is cleverly bolstered to further elevate the short-circuit resistance, delivering an exceptional durability and operational assurance.

4. Ingeniously engineered, the oil storage cabinet has been innovatively removed, and replaced with wave fins on the corrugated oil tank to serve as superior cooling elements. This design allows for seamless expansion and contraction in sync with the transformer oil volume changes, effectively isolating the oil from atmospheric exposure.
