Product Characteristics

 

• The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, featuring 45° three-stage fully oblique seams. The core column is brushed with polyurethane varnish for curing.


• The coil is constructed with oxygen-free copper conductor, ensuring a reasonable structure that enhances resistance to sudden short-circuits.


• The effective support of the winding end face is increased, further improving the short-circuit resistance of the winding.


• The oil storage cabinet is eliminated, and the cooling element is replaced by the wave fin of a corrugated oil tank. This design allows the wave fin to expand and contract with the volume changes of the transformer oil, effectively isolating the oil from the atmosphere. This prevents and reduces oil quality deterioration and insulation dampness, enhancing operational reliability. The transformer operates maintenance-free under normal conditions.
