Product Characteristics

 

• The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet. It features 45° three-stage fully oblique seams, with no punching. The core column is brushed with polyurethane varnish for curing.


• The coil is made of oxygen-free copper conductor with a reasonable structure. This improves the resistance to sudden short-circuits.


• The effective support of the winding end face is increased, further improving the short-circuit resistance of the winding.


• The oil storage cabinet is cancelled, and the wave fin of the corrugated oil tank replaces the oil pipe as the cooling element. The wave super can expand and contract with the volume expansion and contraction of the transformer oil. This isolation prevents and reduces the deterioration of the oil quality and insulation dampness. It also strengthens the operation reliability, allowing for maintenance-free normal operation.
