1. Our transformer core is crafted from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, engineered with a meticulous 45° three-stage fully oblique seam design. This innovative approach ensures no punching, with the core column elegantly brushed with a durable polyurethane varnish, securing its integrity and longevity.

2. The coil is constructed with superior-quality oxygen-free copper conductor, skillfully designed to offer an optimal structure that significantly enhances its resilience against unexpected short circuits.

3. We've enhanced the effective support on the winding's end face, significantly bolstering the winding's short-circuit resistance to ensure exceptional performance.

4. Our advanced design eliminates the need for an oil storage cabinet. We utilize a wave fin corrugated oil tank as the cooling element, which replaces traditional oil pipes. This innovative feature allows the enclosure to expand and contract in response to oil volume changes while isolating the oil from atmospheric contact. This prevents oil degradation and moisture absorption, enhancing insulation and reliability, while ensuring maintenance-free operation during normal conditions.
