Amorphous alloy transformer SBH15-M as a new technology of energy-saving power distribution equipment
Energy-saving effect is mainly derived from adopted a new, excellent soft magnetic properties of the material, iron base amorphous alloy and the strict design and manufacturing technology.
The transformer core is coiled with amorphous alloy strip, the no-load loss ratio is about 80%lower than S9 type transformer and 25% lower than the value of JB/T 10318.
The connection group adopts Dyn11 to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the power supply quality.

Product characteristics:
1.The core is made of high quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet, 45°three-stage fully oblique seams, no punching, and the core column is brushed with polyurethane varnish for curing.

2.The coil is made of oxygen-free copper conductor with reasonable structure, which improves the resistance to sudden short-circuit.

3.Increase the effective support of winding end face, so that the short-circuit resistance of the winding is further improved.
