1. Crafted from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel, the core boasts a 45° three-stage fully oblique seam design. This seamless form is meticulously coated with polyurethane varnish, ensuring a robust and enduring structure without any perforations.

2. The coil is meticulously constructed using oxygen-free copper conductors. Its intelligently designed structure significantly enhances the product's ability to withstand abrupt short-circuits, ensuring greater safety and reliability.

3. The enhancement of effective support at the winding's end face further boosts the winding's resilience, offering superior short-circuit resistance.

4. By eliminating the traditional oil storage cabinet, we introduce the innovative corrugated oil tank wave fin. This advanced feature replaces oil pipes as the primary cooling component. The wave fin adeptly adapts to the thermal expansion and contraction of transformer oil, effectively isolating it from atmospheric exposure. This isolation prevents oil quality degradation and insulation moisture, significantly enhancing operational reliability and requiring no maintenance during normal operation.
