1. Our transformer’s core is crafted from premium cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheets, meticulously designed with 45° three-stage fully oblique seams. Featuring a no-punch construction, the core column is treated with a polyurethane varnish for enhanced curing, ensuring peak performance and reliability.

2. Engineered with precision, the coil is made from oxygen-free copper conductors. This sophisticated structure fortifies the transformer's resilience against unexpected short-circuits, promising enhanced durability and safety.

3. With increased effective support of the winding's end face, the transformer's ability to withstand short-circuit stresses is significantly enhanced, offering superior reliability and long-lasting performance.

4. Our innovative design eliminates the need for an oil storage cabinet. Instead, the corrugated oil tank's wave fins replace traditional oil pipes, serving as efficient cooling elements. This adaptive design allows the wave superstructure to expand and contract in tandem with the transformer oil's volume changes, isolating it from atmospheric exposure. This ensures oil quality preservation, prevents insulation dampness, bolsters operational reliability, and delivers maintenance-free normal operation.
