Product Description
1. Crafted from premium-grade cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheets, the core boasts a 45° three-stage fully oblique seam design, ensuring precision and strength without punching. Enhanced with polyurethane varnish, the core column is fortified for optimal durability and curing.
2. The coil features an oxygen-free copper conductor, expertly constructed to enhance resistance against sudden short-circuits, ensuring reliability and safety in operation.
3. The winding end face receives additional effective support, elevating the short-circuit resistance of the winding to new heights for enhanced operational security.
4. Innovatively designed, the transformer eliminates the traditional oil storage cabinet, utilizing the wave fin of a corrugated oil tank to replace conventional oil pipes. This allows the wave design to flexibly expand and contract with the transformer's oil volume changes, effectively isolating the oil from atmospheric exposure. This design not only minimizes oil quality degradation and insulation dampness but also significantly boosts operational reliability, ensuring maintenance-free normal operations.
