1. The core is meticulously crafted from premium cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheet. Its 45° three-stage fully oblique seams ensure no punching, while the core column is expertly brushed with polyurethane varnish for optimal curing.

2. The coil is engineered from oxygen-free copper conductor, designed with a sophisticated structure to enhance resistance against sudden short-circuits.

3. The effective support of the winding end face has been significantly increased, thereby further improving the winding's short-circuit resistance.

4. The traditional oil storage cabinet is eliminated, replaced by the innovative wave fin of the corrugated oil tank. This advanced design serves as the cooling element and allows the wave fin to expand and contract with the transformer oil's volume changes. This isolation of transformer oil from the atmosphere prevents and mitigates oil quality deterioration and insulation moisture, bolstering operational reliability and ensuring maintenance-free normal operation.
