Product Description

Outstanding Product Characteristics:
1. The core is meticulously crafted from premium-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets. Featuring 45° fully oblique three-stage seams with no punching, the core column is expertly brushed with polyurethane varnish to ensure optimal curing.

2. The coil is constructed from oxygen-free copper conductors and designed with a strategic structure, significantly enhancing its resistance to sudden short-circuits.

3. The effective support at the winding end face has been increased, further bolstering the winding's short-circuit resistance.

4. By eliminating the oil storage cabinet and employing wave fin corrugated oil tanks as the cooling elements, we replace traditional oil pipes. The wave fins efficiently expand and contract with the transformer's oil volume changes. This innovative feature isolates the transformer oil from the atmosphere, preventing oil quality deterioration and insulation dampness. As a result, operational reliability is significantly strengthened, and the transformer requires minimal maintenance during normal operation.
