DFWO-12/24 high-voltage outdoor cable transfer box, dedicated to AC 12/24KV cable system cable nodes, used to distribute power. The connection is simple, convenient, fully insulated, fully sealed, corrosion-resistant, maintenance-free, safe and reliable, small size, light weight, modelling off the view, no oiling, simple installation, grounding flexibility, without any exposed live parts, etc., with advanced technology to solve the cable "T" connection, the ring power supply, such as multiple access to the line and other difficult sense. The product is suitable for city streets, residential neighbourhoods, high-rise buildings, underground facilities, highways, tunnels, industrial and mining enterprises, oilfields, ports, airports, wharves, development zones, overpasses, construction sites, large and medium-sized enterprises, and other occasions of the power distribution network, especially for the urban power grid renovation project, can greatly save the investment in equipment and cables, and improve the reliability of power supply.
The company produces the following options for users of the cable transfer box: powered touch-type cable glands or powered non-touch-type cable glands; with or without short-circuit indicator, with or without ground fault indicator, cable glands can be used for European cable glands (ASTS TT type, AWK elbow type), you can also choose the United States cable glands or domestic cable glands and so on.

The cable splitter box is designed according to outdoor, fully sealed structure, the protection level of the box is up to IP33, the cable connector bracket is made of stainless steel, the outer shell is made of 2mm high quality steel plate or stainless steel, the inner part of the box is separated by the top plate of the cable compartment into the bus barn and the two parts of the cable compartment.
The busbar room is enclosed by 2mm steel plate and sealed, the cable connector bracket is located in the upper part of the busbar room, which is used to support the casing, and the casing is used to fix the cable head, and the distance between the phases of the cable connector is 180mm, and if it is the type with lightning arrester, the lightning arrester is installed at the end of the cable connector, and the short-circuit indicator and the charged display are also installed inside the busbar room, and all the electrically charged parts of the busbar room are subjected to the strict silicone rubber All live parts in the busbar room are strictly insulated with silicone rubber.
Cable compartment is located in the lower part of the busbar room, it is the channel for the cable to enter and exit, there are cable fixing clamps and grounding terminals in the compartment, the surface of the box is processed by electrostatic spraying, which makes it clean and off-look, and the stainless steel plate is exempted from the surface coating when it is used, and there is a ventilating window on the lower part of the box, which makes it ventilated inside the box. This product is front and rear door, easy and safe maintenance.
